Important Shipping Details

📦 Dispatch & Packaging

  • Orders placed before 3pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched same day
  • All items are packaged in original Magewell retail packaging
  • Fragile items are additionally bubble-wrapped for protection
  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking number is sent automatically
  • Large orders may be split across multiple parcels

🌍 International Shipping

  • We primarily serve UK customers
  • International orders may be available — contact us to discuss
  • Import duties and local taxes are the buyer's responsibility
  • All international shipments include full tracking
  • Email sales@iviewdata.com for international quotes

⚠️ Delivery Issues

  • If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, check your tracking link first
  • For missing parcels, contact us within 5 business days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged items in transit must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed transit damage

  • We can hold stock for phased project deliveries — contact us to arrange
  • Delivery to site addresses, data centres and broadcast facilities accepted
  • Named delivery contacts and access instructions can be noted on orders
  • Pallet delivery available for large orders — request at time of ordering
Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days for unused items in original packaging. Our process is straightforward.

Contact Us First

Email sales@iviewdata.com or call +44 (0)116 278 7812 with your order number and reason for return. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Package the Item

Return the item in its original packaging with all accessories, documentation and cables. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.

Ship to Us

Send the parcel to our Leicester address using a tracked service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund or Replacement

Once received and inspected, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days, or dispatch a replacement if preferred.

  • Full 3 years from date of purchase
  • Replacement or repair at iView Data's discretion
  • No charge for parts or labour on valid warranty claims

❌ What's Not Covered

  • Physical damage, drops or impact
  • Liquid ingress or environmental damage
  • Damage caused by incorrect installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Products with tampered or removed serial numbers
